Humbly there are only 3 reasons any business fails

Every business has 3 internal businesses. Paying attention to this is important because these are the 3 reasons it can fail. Richard Scott has been parachuted in to fix companies from the global corporate world down to solopreneurs. Great examples of things for anyone to pay attention to.

 About Richard Scott:

Richard spent nearly 30 years being ‘parachuted in’ to countless well-known international companies to rescue them from disaster or to guarantee the success of complex missions. Tasked with delivering business, technology, & process overhaul assignments & given budgets ranging from just a few thousand up to hundreds of millions, he had to prove his skills time & time again of becoming an 'on-demand expert', able to rapidly absorb knowledge like a sponge, & then distil down to scope, plan & execute, while training others at any level.

Some thank you’s and support from Carl Richards from Podcast Solutions Made Simple, thee podcast expert, Fred Crouch the Property Wizard podcaster, Melanie Webber, Kreativ Insight business partner, and Wayne Pratt from Motive8U Incfor sparking these podcasts.
