The Bible is filled with people who did mighty exploits by the power of God.
David took down the giant, Moses led Israel through the Red Sea, Elijah called down fire from heaven, and Jesus and His apostles performed miracles of healing. It's obvious they couldn't have done these things without God.
But Jesus didn't say, "Apart from Me you can't do miracles." He said, "Apart from Me you can do nothing."
