My guest today Alieu is originally from Gambia (West Africa) and emigrated to the UK in 2013 for a change of environment and some fresh opportunities ‚úąÔłŹūüá¨ūüáß

Alieu's profession is sales and marketing but since moving to the UK he has had a large variety of jobs and worked multiple jobs at the same time hustling hard to keep the bills paid. After a few years of doing this Alie had a realization that there is more to life than just working hard to pay bills! ūüí™ūüŹč

Alieu then pivoted his life into a new direction and trained as a barista, personal trainer, and nutritionist to get the confidence he wanted to look and feel great and achieve anything he desired. At the same time, Alieu started on a journey of personal development and read many books some of which have revolutionized his life ūüďö
