What am I talking about?
HUNGER.
And not just any hunger.
It's the angry, gnawing kind, and if you don't eat something right now, things are going to get bad—fast!
Hunger is the enemy of our best intentions. It's THE reason diets crash and burn.
It sneaks up on you, and before you know it, you’re knee-deep in a "screw it" moment, swearing things'll be different tomorrow.
But imagine a day where hunger doesn't throw a wrench into our plans.
It’s definitely do-able.
But... we've got to feel satiated.
Why?
Because when you're satiated, you're not fighting off cravings every minute...
And when you're not starving, that's when sticking to your plan feels, well, easy.
So, we've got to deal with this beast called hunger.
The question is—how?
We could keep trying to power through, but let’s be honest, that hardly ever works.
