Anne-Marie became Head of School at Lakefield College School in Ontario, Canada in 2017. Before that she was the Executive Director at the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) for 11 years.

Anne-Marie also attended EMA's first Heads Institute last summer.
