On this episode, we talk about isolation and discuss how to combat that by getting plugged into a community. Community can look like many things - it could be your family, friendship circle, local sporting club or even your church. We have both wrestled with the concept, but have come to find so much value in doing life plugged into a healthy and supportive community or "tribe".
We want to encourage young people to reach out and find support in a community, as a reminder that they are not alone. We also talk about "1 thing we wish we knew when we were 18", sharing our experiences and being real about our journey. We hope to inspire teens and young adults to 'reflect' more and understand the importance of 'loyalty' as they navigate life.
