Are you dreaming of a non-resident archery elk hunt?

Have you ever wondered what planning and preparation is involved if a hunter wishes to increase their odds of success in filling an elk tag?

This hunt series will span 7 episodes from May through the end of September or early October, as host Aaron Ritter and hunting partner Chris Dunlap prepare for their upcoming Idaho archery elk hunt.

This first episode covers a myriad of topics, including Idaho's non-resident tag process, what we will be covering over the new few months and what to expect as the hunters draw closer to parking the truck and trekking off into the backcountry.

Plan on future episodes of this series being published on the last Tuesday of each month until the guys fill their tags or share their favorite "tag soup" recipe in the final episode.
