So many of our judgements, so many of our actions are down to our own internal hurt.
So when we walk around judging others, saying hurtful things that’s because we haven’t held the mirror up to ourselves.
I now look back on who I have been in the past and can own I wasn’t always the nicest human.
But I was also the sum of the ten people I hung around most.
In reading Jay Shetty’s think like a monk, today I reflect on who I used to be, why I always felt like I didn’t fit in and who I want to be going forward.
