The Governing Board of Humboldt Unified School District (HUSD) is pleased to announce the following two candidates have been named as finalists for the position of Superintendent. Dr. Eric Dueppen grew up in the Chino Valley area and started his career in HUSD. He currently serves as Chief Academic Officer for the Creighton Elementary School District in Tempe. Prior to that, he served as Principal and Assistant Principal in that same school district. Dr. Christine Griffin is a 5-year employee of HUSD and has 21 years of experience in Yavapai County.
