  • Grief is just love in a heavy coat

*TW: death* In this weeks episode we unpack the heavy topics of death and grief. As sad as it is we are all / will be affected by death at some point in our lives whether it be a family member, friend or acquaintance. We feel that we can do more to open up these tough conversations and have tried to do so in this episode while also weeping positive.

Most importantly this episode is dedicated to Gabs’ dad who sadly passed away before Christmas of 2021.

  • Am I a psycho?

On this weeks episode we debunked the meaning behind the term 'psycho' - especially when used in (or after) a relationship. A whopping 76% of our listeners voted to say they had been called a psycho in the past so we decided to get to the bottom of why the word is used so loosely. Join us this week as we spill the tea on our own experience of portraying 'psychotic' behaviour and share our lovely listeners experiences of being called a psycho. We 100% guarantee that you will find out whether you are a REAL psycho by the end of this episode (spoiler alert: you probably aren't unless you have been medically diagnosed as a literal psychopath)

  • The sex ed you never had p3: talking about sex is not illegal

On this weeks episode we're back with our mini series 'The sex ed you never had' where we talk about all the things we didn't learn about sex in school. Recently, the Scottish Government announced they were going to start issuing anonymous surveys to high school students that ask intimate questions about sex, relationships and even drugs in an attempt to broaden the sex education curriculum in schools. These surveys have caused a lot of controversy with parents and councils who don't want children answering such 'intrusive' questions but the reality is: we need to stop acting as if talking about sex is illegal.

  • Media hype

On this week's episode we discuss how quickly news is picked up then dropped over social media. We see Instagram stories and trending tweets plastered all over our timelines with the current atrocities happening all over the world, then we see them disappear just as quickly as they came out. We are constantly distracted by the latest shocking news that we forget about the ones just week prior. We want to continue the difficult conversations of these topics and use our platform to speak up on them. As terrible as some of it is, we mustn’t forget.
