Meet Julia Cross. Julia is racing the Jr. Iditarod for the first time this year. She is no stranger to sled dog races as she has finished the Jr. Beargrease. Julia has trained with some legendary mushers; Dan Seavey and Ryan Redington. Join us and find out more about Julia Cross.

She lives off grid on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska with her partner, Tim Osmar. She is an Iditarod veteran. She took a year off last year to travel across the state with dog team with Tim. She is back for the Iditarod this year. Join us for this episode and meet Monica Zappa.

Our guest this week is a handler for 4-time Iditarod champion, Jeff King. He recently finished the Yukon Quest 300 and the last of his Iditarod qualifiers in hopes of racing the Iditarod in 2021.
