We’re sitting down w/ a repeat guest for the first time ever on this podcast! Check out Episode 19 to hear a more in-depth look at Kam Siu’s story because a lot has transpired in his world since that initial interview.
This is the Hustler’s Brew Second Run featuring, Kam Siu, CEO of Panda Trading Company, Dope Asian Street Fare, & Decibel Korean Fried Chicken. He is the mastermind & man behind some of the most delicious dishes in the Nati. His food is as unique as his concepts & he’s cookin’ up some new ideas so make sure you pay attention to this guy…he ain’t going nowhere.
This sub-series to Hustle & Brews is about highlighting local hustlers who have collaborated w/ a brewery to create a beer. We have so many DOPE locals (no pun intended) so I love seeing breweries recognizing that & teaming up w/ these folks more frequently on a beer. In this case Kam & Esoteric got together to create “Azalea” a blonde ale w/ chrysanthemum tea, jasmine tea, & orange zest. This is the story on how that brew came to be.
This is the first run in a new sub-series of Hustle & Brews podcasts called “Hustler’s Brews”. In this new series, I’ll be periodically sitting down w/ local hustlers that have collaborated w/ a local brewery on their very own beer! I’ll be doing these whenever there’s a new collab coming out…or in this case out…distributed…& probably not even available at this point. I think it’s cool as hell when a local brewery collabs w/ a local hustler, or influencer, or podcaster, or maybe just a regular to their brewery. I’d love to see more of this so I’m going to highlight them when they happen!
This episode…The Hustler’s Brews first run is w/ local artist & podcaster Anthony “Tank” Mansfield. Tank hosts the podcast “What Ya Into” where he sits down each week w/ a new guest & talks about well…what they’re into. It’s a great concept & Tank is a EXCELLENT host. He really digs into a ridiculously wide range of topics like a pro & gives his listeners a great depth of info on each topic by masterfully interviewing his guests on every episode.
He's also cool as hell…he loves craft beer…& he teamed up w/ Highgrain Brewing Company to create “Rants & Rabbit Holes”…a delicious Hazy Double IPA. This is the story on how that brew came to be. Enjoy!

On episode 22 we sat down at Karrikin Spirits Company in Fairfax & got deep into the hustle w/ Andy Sturm, co-owner of SNS Management, & his beautiful wife Gennal & their inspirational story of building an empire together as a couple. We love these two as individuals & hearing their come up story from a couple perspective really reminded us of ourselves too. Our personal motto is “Grind Together, Shine Together” & these 2 are a great example of this.
This isn’t just a Hustle story…it’s a love story.
I admire this guy more than he probably knows because he's in the game I love & I’ve never met anyone who has built something so freakin’ impressive. We have quite a few similarities too. He comes from a modest upbringing, he’s super close to his brother, he’s into the real estate game, he’s a family man, & he has an amazing woman by his side supporting him. He’s as humble as they come too. If there was a “Hustler of the Year” award…I’d give it this guy. He & his brother have made something out of nothing & they deserve every ounce of success they’ve earned & will receive. To me…they ARE The American Dream & a shining example of how to Hustle.
If you’re interested in investing in real estate…buckle up. This one is going to blow you away & get you fired up!
On this episode I sit down w/ a local legend at The Little Miami Brewing Company in Milford, Ohio…my hometown. This guy is known all over but there aren’t many people in Milford that haven’t crossed paths w/ him. This dude is as unique & kind as they come. He’s amazing company when tossin’ back a few cold ones too. When he started his new business last year…I knew I was going to have him on the podcast. On Episode 21…I’m talking to Chad Weiland of Weiland Lawn Care.
I recorded this back in like March. I’m late...I know. The takeaway is easy on this one & it’s my motto…”be happy” or “chase happiness” or, in this case…"Be like Chad". No more needs to be said really.
On Episode 20, we’re chattin’ it up with Jason Dorsey at one of our favorite places to grab drinks…the Nine Giant Fermentorium!,
Jason is the owner & head pharmacist of Roselawn Pharmacy.
We met Jason at one of our favorite places to grab drinks…the Nine Giant Fermentorium!
Not all entrepreneurs are born entrepreneurs. Some, like Jason, play the hand they were dealt & end up stepping into the role. He was actually preparing himself for ownership prior to knowing he was one day going to be an owner. Things happened…& an amazing opportunity presented itself…the timing was seemingly perfect. It couldn't have happened to a better person, in my opinion.
We were also joined by the co-owner & head brewer of Nine Giant & The Fermentorium, Mike Albarella, to talk about their brews.

I sat down w/ Cincinnati entrepreneur Kam Siu at Esoteric Brewing in Walnut Hills, OH.
Kam Siu is the CEO of Panda Trading Company, Dope Asian Street Fare, & Decibel Korean Fried Chicken.
Kam's ability to network & build a killer team/reliable work force, coupled w/ his drive & creativity have made him into one of the fastest growing hustlers in our city. If you ask him, he probably won't say it happened fast but he has created a lot of unique businesses in a relatively short time period.
We are also joined by Esoteric's Assistant Brand Manager, Juice, to talk about the brews we consumed during the podcast & the brewery itself.

My apologies.

I sat down on the stage at Fretboard Brewing w/ Nathan Hanks to record my first ever LIVE episode (recorded on 8/9/21).
Nathan is the owner/creator/chef of "Hot Sauce For Mortals", a young local hot sauce company that creates an eclectic variety of delicious hot sauces that focuses on flavor over heat.
We handed out Face Murder Chocolates...we talked about his company...& we had a hot wing challenge.
Absolutely under 1000 characters, Marco & Julia!!!!
