This is the first "real" episode of the rebranded podcast, and I'm so excited for the topic - it aligns perfectly with the Genuine Gainz mission of helping you find wellness practices that feel true to you.
"Hustle culture" is a popular term that has been making the rounds for a while, and there's this idea that getting too engulfed by it can prevent us from living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I want to take a deep dive into the relationship between hustle culture and our health by first uncovering the societal definitions that both of these terms hold, and then thinking about how we can redefine how these concepts show up in our own life so that we can live a lifestyle that is truly healthy to us.
Overall (spoiler): I think that the only way hustle culture & health can safely coexist is if we change the definitions these concepts hold in our mind, so that we're "hustling" for the things that feel true to us.
