Wow. A huge influx of dope dope new music came my way since I was in Aspen last week. Major props of course to homie Jonesy for holding down the blogs and the music also. Kid is a BEAST!Anyhow, this mix has a slew of real slick NYC hip-hop, gems that are really fresh to the ear. Brand new Harlem fire- Jim Jones, Ryan Leslie, Drake ft. Santogold/Diplo, Focus/DJ Premier, and Jay-Z's Obama Tribute.Don't sleep on the other eclectic joints as well, such as Radio Clit's African influenced track, Nursing Home's ear crunching remix, and an All-American Rejects song that I really dig (even though in the past I have slept on them). Rio De Janeiro is Next Week. HollaSubscribe Via iTunes @ FLOsounds.com

Welcome to the World Premier of Hustle & FLO Podcast RadioNew Music. New Energy.Mixed by: DJ FLORecorded Live from Harlem, NYCDate: 01.13.2009Episode #1Damn, it's about time to start abandoning everything you know or feel about music, becuase things are going through a massive shift right now. Can't you feel it? As for myself, I am flat out tired of hearing the same things and force myself to constantly be exposed to absorb new music. People that know me know I hustle hard, and like Magellen I try to leave my mark and spread the positive musical vibes all over the world. It has come to a point where I need to filter the hottness back into the hands of the people. I no longer associate one style with another, all I know are my instincts and what is hot is hot. Period.
