In this episode, I take a moment to introduce myself before we dive into the rest of the season. I have ADHD, I am healing from chronic burnout I'm working through my traumas and I'm a big advocate for therapy, physical/ mental health, and well-being. We've all experienced trauma or depression at some point in our life and I want to open up and move through that with each of you because I'm tired of posting online meaninglessly.
Follow along with me and my guest's in coming episodes as we discuss being run down, challenges along with the joys and successes of life. I'll bring on experts with varying backgrounds, ideas, and philosophies that may show us another angle on what we're working through. I'll talk about my feelings on topics relating to social media, sensitivity, ADHD, trauma, health, family, relationships, and whatever else I'm going through.
