Dawn doesn't create the landscape but it reveals it. Dawn doesn't build anything new it shows you what was real the whole time you were stumbling in the dark. The resurrection is that dawn. 

The darkness isn't where God is absent, it's where He's doing His deepest work. Jesus didn't flee from the cross. He entered it and embraced the darkness. He trusted the Father when He couldn't feel Him. And in doing so, He transformed what darkness means forever.

Sometimes God asks us to do everything we can — knowing it won't be enough. Not because our effort is pointless, but because our effort creates the space for His Spirit to move. The source of life is never your effort. It's always God's Spirit, but your obedience creates the space for His breath to move.

The cave isn't where God is. The cave is where Elijah is hiding from God. And God comes to him there — not to drag him out, but to ask: "What are you doing here?" It's an invitation to stop fleeing and start pursuing again. Are we running away from something or running toward someone?
