This is another impromptu episode that was inspired by my chronic unemployment and my irritation w/recruiters and hiring managers on LinkedIn. I also kinda used the word malleable right!

This impromptu episode is me venting my frustrations. There is a lot of raw emotion here and I needed to get this off of my chest.

I have been so tired of not being heard and tired of putting myself in spaces where I am not heard. So what does this mean? What needs to happen? Baby girl makes an appearance in this episode too!

Focus is a new word and action for this year. I’m trying to get it together, but I’m still all over the place. Join me as I come to some realizations.
