New podcast episode out: This week we talk about pain. My mom will explain in very simple words how the pain mechanism in our brain gets activitated. We talk about chronic pain and how hypnosis can help alleviate this. Also my mum will share her experience in guiding a patient during surgery where a breast tumor was removed using hypnosis as a natural anesthesia instead of chemicals.
