In this episode, I guide you through some breathing exercises, i guide you through being mindful in the moment of a panic attack. There are ways of just speaking positive words, you're mind becomes aware of the situation and comes down. Repeating this hypnosis a few times during different days of the week would be very helpful. So that your subconscious mind gets used to any situation, while the conscious mind is even more aware of its surroundings.
