Meet Christopher Holman.  

Christopher is retired Air Force and a life-long student of anything he feels will add to his experience including multiple degrees and a masters. He is also one of the few black hypnotists that we have come across.  

Nicole and Anthony wanted to understand why we do not see more black hypnotists or mental health professionals and although he can't speak for an entire people, Christopher did provide insight and understanding in this conversation. 

We touch on white privilege, real walls vs. imaginary walls and we even touch on the idea of how epigenetics may play a role in the community as a whole.
