It has been 2 years since the last podcast was published. Millions of people have died from Covid and other diseases, there have been plenty of heartbreaks, there have been plenty of trauma, and plenty of things that could taken out us, but we are still here. We are better than ever before.

We often time show our family and friends support, encouragement, and Grace, But We don’t do the same thing with ourselves. We deserve to be patience with ourselves and with others.

We discuss Woo’s childhood and how he escaped the rough street of Orlando, Florida. He moved to 27 different foster homes before moving in with his uncle. He spoke about his mother dealing with addictions and his decision to go to FAMU.
