In this episode I discuss what triggered my Awakening and how I was able to overcome my health issues by realizing I have the power to change my life. I was always giving my power away but the first step is realizing you are not small and we are much more than we think we are. Our thoughts and the way we talk to and treat ourselves affects our overall health and life experience. Meditation and feeling that connection to the oneness of the Universe has been a savior for me. I am happy and healthy for the first time in my life. I have been feeling called to share my story so I am answering the call. I hope this helps someone.
