Today, we're going to talk about stop the negative self-talk. So last year alone, we had over 600 women and we taught them how to overcome this negative self-talk.

So the basis of every problem is really that fear that we're not good enough inside.

And maybe yours manifests in binge-eating, or feeling not good enough in your relationships, feeling insecure, auto-immune diseases, infertility, you name it, right?

Those are all just symptoms of a bigger issue and a bigger problem and I'm here to help you work through that today.

So I get it, that negative self-talk is probably one of literally... I don't like seeing notifications when I record. It's just for a call. Literally, our kryptonite is negative self-talk because that literally starts creating our vibe, our mood, what we focus on.

Then if we start thinking these really negative thoughts about ourselves, then we are in that mode.

So we start attracting more negativity from other people and it's just this really crazy snowball effect.

So I'll be real honest that every time that I up level or do something new, the first thing that comes in is this negative self-talk that says, "Oh really, you can't."

If you have all the fucked up symptoms of living in the past like: anxiety, body pain, headaches, self doubt, chronic negative thoughts…

Then you don’t fucking know how to let the past go.

I know when you’re in the darkness it seems so real and your body physically reacts and you feel pain.

That’s the trip.

This is why women can make crazy decisions.

You actually believe your negative thoughts. And then the worst part is you ACT on your crazy thoughts which leaves you feeling like life is against you.

But it’s not real.

One of the most negative side effects of living in the past is on your relationship.

Dude you’re bringing in so much unnecessary negative energy and blaming your partner for it.

What a dick.

You can let the past go without being perfect btw. How rad is that.

We waste so much damn time and energy feeding our body a negative script.

Your body will always react to what you are choosing to focus on.

And I know your ass can be all perky and positive if Brad Pitt looking like he did in Fight Club came walking in the room.

If you can do it once you can do it anytime you decide to dig deep because the payoff of letting negativity go is worth it to you.

Otherwise you have “selective” control over your mental health and that’s some bull shit.

We think shit like… “What if I disappoint them? What if my best is not good enough. What if I can’t do this because it's too hard.”

As high performers we are addicted to the outcome.

We obsess over getting validation from others. 

We believe deep down we must be perfect or we’re failing.

We are always pushing because our motivation is I MUST PROVE I AM WORTHY.

It makes shit that we used to love not fun anymore. It causes us to feel completely powerless and leaves us with no options.

 So we crack.

I have been there sister.

And unfortunately there is no final destination. Everytime you grow you will experience challenges, you will feel afraid of getting uncomfortable, it will be hard.

The victim will quit and say it's too much, and feel sorry for herself.

While the champion will feel afraid, will think about quitting, will fall, will cry…

And she will get back up stronger every time because quitting is not an option.

The pressure will always be too much when we don’t know how to process our emotions and negative experiences. We will always end up feeling suffocated.

Yet there is another option…

Get out of survival mode, surrender, and learn how to accept the challenge with an open heart.

This is the only place where we have infinite possibilities and where we feel held, loved, and supported by life.

Our focus becomes...

I am here to create, grow, flow, and evolve into a better woman.

When we live here we can do hard shit all damn day because we’re inspired and charged up by love.

It’s very simple, but it takes more energy and focus initially, which is why it feels so hard when you’re trying to do it all alone.
