Anti-liberty Republican lawmakers, who control what gets discussed which includes expanding the qualifying list of conditions for a growing Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program, are slated to be opposed to adding more conditions, leaving thousands of potential patients to suffer for Culture war posturing.

There are a number of medical marijuana reforms being pitched in Texas that may actually get past czar Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and get to Governor Abbott's desk. Mr. Sativa endorses HB 122 and feels Texas should prioritize the passage of this bill until more comprehensive and expansive one can realistically pass and be signed by the Governor.
