Mr. Sativa talks about the amount of red tape that dispensaries have to go to set up shop in Massachusetts. They act as if they are regulating plutonium or nuclear waste. Much of Grasschusetts woes with logistics and communities stem from the state not opening a lot of dispensaries, thus, bottle-necking the fulfillment of demand, and "crowding" communities. 

Mr. Sativa reads a story from vice about a woman named Michelle Gray, who got her car impounded over cannabis, despite the fact that she was sober. Although we don't want people driving impaired, modern tests are not yet able to test for momentary cannabis impairment. And thus, it would be unjust to equate body levels of marijuana (which stay in the system for weeks and months) with current impairment. This is why regulating like alcohol has drawbacks, and can often lead to false positives.

Nebraska, like a number of red states is coming around to medical marijuana legalization and will likely put a medical cannabis measure on the ballot before voters in November 2020. 

Spoiler: A no "public consumption" clause makes an appearance. :(
