Today on The Soul Frequency I revisited a very impactful conversation I had a couple of years ago with the incredible Marisa Peer. There was much going on in the world at the time of our talk, but what Marisa has to say is so timeless, I feel it’s just as important today as it was then. I wanted to reshare it as I think we could all benefit from it.
Marisa is the creator of the multi-award-winning, Rapid Transformational Therapy; a therapy that doesn’t take months, or years, but instead focuses on fixing the root of the problem rapidly. She has trained RTT practitioners all around the world in order to help others overcome their hurt. She is an author, motivational speaker, personal development expert and leading celebrity therapist.
In this conversation, we talk about the power our mind has over our lives. Marisa talks us through her years as a therapist and tells us about the hurt people feel, the main reasons for it, and how to overcome it. She tells us the importance of how we dialogue with ourselves, the valuable role our subconscious plays, and how to reframe our thinking.
If you’re interested in hearing more about Rapid Transformational Therapy and how to improve your internal dialogue, then listen to the episode below.
