Christmas time is upon us, and tis’ the season to be jolly🎄! It’s that time of year when people walk around in the Christmas spirit🤶🏽. Bells are jingling, Christmas lights are all over, and the kids are going crazy wondering what they’ll get for Christmas!

However, it’s some of you that are not feeling it this year. Some of you are struggling this season. Some of you are grieving this season. Some of you are lonely this holiday season. What will it take to turn your frown upside down this Christmas? What do you need to make it alright this holiday season⁉️God said whatever you need this holiday season, HE WILL SUPPLY if you turn it over to Him💯

As an underdog in this world, often times you are treated as a nobody. The underdog is treated like a misfit, a castaway, and a reject. The underdog is commonly not the people’s choice. Being the underdog is often seen as a curse, but in the Kingdom of God, being the underdog is a blessing. The more that you have odds stacked against you is all the more ways that God can flex in your life! Sometimes, it pays to be the underdog💯

Sometimes, we get so disappointed with our families and loved ones when they let us down.  We get so caught up in this “blood is thicker than water” philosophy that we forget that family and loved ones can be just as treacherous as anybody else!

Blood is thicker than water, but first you need an accurate understanding of who is actually blood and who is water!!! Once you know the truth, get ready, because the truth shall set you free!

On Halloween, we look around and commonly see folks dressed up in costumes as something and somebody that they really aren’t. However, that’s not something that’s just seen on Halloween. If you look hard enough, you’ll see people dressing and acting like something they’re not everyday. It’s dangerous to choose to be someone or something else when you haven’t already mastered being who you really are! Who are you on this Sunday? Don’t you just wish that everybody could experience Jesus the way that you do? It’s sometimes frustrating when you’re dealing with people that can’t relate to your relationship with Jesus. You will encounter people who don’t respect Jesus nor do they respect your relationship with Jesus. They may even try to discredit Jesus, but you’ve got to be willing to enjoy Jesus and the joy that He brings even if others decline. In my neck of the woods, we love soul food! There’s nothing like a good plate of some home cooked food. When we eat soul food, all of our problems go away for at least a good hour! The problem is that when the food wears off, we find ourselves hungry again. The satisfaction never stays. God said He is the food for your soul that will never leave you hungry again!
