We have to remind ourselves to be grateful. It may be easy to welcome thoughts that negatively impact out day... such as... maybe I should have been at a higher level in my career. This thought can be expressed in any area of our lives... as a mother or wife, etc. HOWEVER....
Don't let guilt and negatively prevent you from being grateful for what you have... be proud of who you are and what you have earned so far...And work on the goals you want to accomplish. Take baby steps that blossom into big fulfilled dreams.
