I hope this podcast brings clarity and provide some kind of hope to you while you are accomplishing your dreams. My goal is to encourage you to stay positive through every part of your day. Life has unexpected turns and through that process we tend to think negatively and want to give up. I am here to express my life experiences and what I'm going through, and how I process being positive in accomplishing my goals. My Hope to encourage you to do the same. Positivity has to be practice for some people and I am here to help you practice positivity because I need to practice it myself. So let's do this together. Having a Positive outlook make happier lives, makes us better people. Remember to stay positive always.

We have to remind ourselves to be grateful. It may be easy to welcome thoughts that negatively impact out day... such as... maybe I should have been at a higher level in my career. This thought can be expressed in any area of our lives... as a mother or wife, etc. HOWEVER....

Don't let guilt and negatively prevent you from being grateful for what you have... be proud of who you are and what you have earned so far...And work on the goals you want to accomplish. Take baby steps that blossom into big fulfilled dreams.
