In this episode I talk about supporting Lili in her hopes and dreams and figuring out how to navigate my own disappointment for similar dreams that never came to fruition.  It is a journey to not either resent your children or try to live through them.  There are so many opportunities to work on those disappointments that happened when we were young.  Remember what I always say:  The quickest way to relive your young sh*t is to have children.  Take that opportunity to use all of the unresolved feeling that are dredged up to evolve into the best version of yourself and not pass on future generational trauma.
