If all levels of communication are not being paid attention to simultaneously there will be missed information. Misinformation leads to misunderstanding. Misunderstandings lead to division. We have to learn to communicate well if we’re going to have thriving relationships. Let’s learn.

What is considered toxic? Why is it considered to be that? Could it have been releasing? Should that darkness have been able to show itself in a different way? Why do we judge people for showing strong boundaries? Why do we judge people who don’t care what you think? How long are we going to adhere to someone else’s rules? When are we going to create our own rules and live the way we decide? All I know is you have to take risks. At all costs you must have your identity. You cannot let any circumstance dishearten you from your true expression. There is a darkness in you that will not allow you to die. It is what allows the woman to lift the car when her baby is about to die under it. It is the power that lives a man from the lowest stages of life to the highest heights. It is the thing mediocrity hates. It’s what refuses to second-guess itself. You must give yourself access to this dimension of yourself or you will be pushed over by circumstances. You cannot cringe because you’re abrasive sometimes, words are always designed soft. Do everything you do in love, and sometimes love means darkness.
