Today's episode addresses a topic that I personally don't think gets enough exposure in the mindset and self improvement space, healing. I think being or feeling better and healing can happen simultaneously and the healing process may happen in cycles, setbacks may even occur. For that reason I find it so important to acknowledge where you started and how you feel in the present moment. You will start to notice you're coping better or don't feel triggered, be proud of yourself for that growth and be gentle with yourself even if you feel stuck. Healing is a beautiful process and today's practice will create space for improving your well being physically, spiritually and mentally.
Journal prompt: What is a choice you can make this week based on your needs that will support any area of your life that needs healing? Consider how you can create time and space to take care of yourself and your healing.
