Today's topic is about trust, trusting in yourself and the divine timing in your life. It takes a lot of courage to trust, we tend to want to micro manage every little aspect in order to achieve a desired outcome. The problem is that ultimately most things outside of our actions directly are completely and utterly out of our control. So how do you manage fear around the loss of control, by placing trust in the universe, god, source, whatever you call it and we must trust in ourselves.

Have you ever heard the saying, you are who you surround yourself with? I believe this to be true and I can tell you that my circle has changed significantly since I started consciously evaluating who I spend the most time with. In this realization I have manifested stronger and more meaningful relationships that I know have led to a massive shift in my mindset and overall well being. I encourage you to take the time to evaluate your relationships, whether that means family, significant other, friends, co-workers, or even a business partner.

Today's episode addresses a topic that I personally don't think gets enough exposure in the mindset and self improvement space, healing. I think being or feeling better and healing can happen simultaneously and the healing process may happen in cycles, setbacks may even occur. For that reason I find it so important to acknowledge where you started and how you feel in the present moment. You will start to notice you're coping better or don't feel triggered, be proud of yourself for that growth and be gentle with yourself even if you feel stuck. Healing is a beautiful process and today's practice will create space for improving your well being physically, spiritually and mentally.
