This episode is all things Solar Plexus.  

We learn that this energy center is a bridge between our connection and practical application, how feeding our bodies with clean foods helps the Solar Plexus operate more efficiently, and some practical tools to aid in upgrading this energy center.  

So much inspiration went into this episode, and we learned so much for ourselves.  Let us take the time to feel more connected to this Chakra and to be grateful for the energy it brings.

This week the Masters remind us that we do not need another damn spiritual to-do list.  When we create from a place of standing in the frequency of our Divinity and surrender the "how," they can work their magic effortlessly through us.  

They also shared beautiful insights on the Divine masculine and feminine balance and how to BE in that Divine union within yourself.  This was a powerful but peaceful message and one that felt very appropriate for the energies we are experiencing.
