In this episode I will be discussing and unravelling my thoughts on role models and asking the question, is it actually good for you to idolise someone so much, you’d almost agree with everything they do or say, just because you admire them so highly?
I will be taking it back 16-years ago when I first saw Julia Bradbury on the telly, how she encouraged me to start my walking group Cornish Ramblings, why it wasn’t always a healthy idolisation at the start, how having role models (famous or not) can have a positive impact on your life if you are careful, what it means to have an addictive personality, and where I am now with regards to my mental health journey.
