I have sat down and written myself a love letter and, you’ve guessed it, I will be sharing with you the contents of this letter in this latest episode.
This episode is split into two parts; the first being tools I’ve adopted, used, continue to use, and am learning to incorporate into my life to ensure I am being my true authentic self.
The second part is the love letter to myself, an exercise I’ve started adding to my healing journey in order to have a place to show personal love. I’m nervous to share this with you, but I think it’s important to get it out there and hopefully, encourage others to show themselves love through a personal letter.
