We use it when it comes to matters of the heart as well; when we assess our spirituality. It’s no wonder we feel run-down (see, there’s that language) sometimes. Building on last week’s exploration about lessons we might learn from trees, this week’s Talky Bit will explore some positive and hopeful alternatives to thinking and speaking about ourselves, body and soul, in mechanistic terms.
