I AM

How many times have we followed a diet, spent time reading or listening to a self-help book, attending a seminar to advance our life to no avail? Then we decry the product as insufficient in its delivery of results while spouting, "It Didn't Work!" It wasn't the life altering information set forth that didn't work; it was you not becoming the identity needed to make the material adhere. But why?

Why can't I do what I am suppose to be doing with my life? Because of your script, because of an unclear definition of your I AM. But you can choose to take control at any moment in time.

What is worry? Can we control worry? Are we perpetually worried?

Mother can you hear me? You have moved onto another place and I need your guidance, your wisdom, your direction. I long for your love and touch. I want to just talk to you one more time. Can you hear me?

Music is one of the most powerful tools to place yourself into the light of who you truly are.

You don't get what you want in life, you get who you are.

I had an insightful question posed to me recently which I thought was going to be about my I Am MEthod, but the tables were turned. I was asked, “Why did you do what you are now doing? Why did you go against the grain of people trying to change? Tell me why you are wrong?

How many times have we said or been told, “Why won’t you just listen to me?” or “Why do I have to keep repeating myself?” when someone keeps doing the same thing over and over again, including us. And after years of pleading to change one's habits, still no resolve. Someone or we will just not listen. Or we will keep repeating ourselves hoping the recipient of our wisdom finally listens and steadfastly moves forward in life, but most likely not.

There is a lifestyle brand that tells you to “Just Do It.” Will you? Will you go out there and “Just Do It" or will you "Just Do It Tomorrow?”
