Hello my darlings. I've been missing in action. I wanted to post regularly but life got in the way. The end of 2025 was pretty dense and I explain why. The beginning of 2026 continued the butt kicking but something tells me this year will be great. I'm excited to feel more pain because this means I can then heal. I finally voiced out loud MY HEART IS BROKEN. It's time to do the work.

We learn about our worth from our parents. We learn about the value of money from our parents. It's time to unlearn everything and learn our own worth.

In this episode I begin talking about my experience with love. I questioned why was I not loved? Never chosen? Why was I not enough? I talk about how I learned these thought patterns by watching my parents' marriage. I do not blame but I di recognize how I learned the behaviors. 

Hello! I'm new! I don't know what to do! Who knows this movie quote? Haha. It's from Joe Dirt and it's exactly what I'm saying now. I'm starting off not knowing what I'm doing but I know I've been wanting to do a podcast. I've been putting it off until today. 

I'm telling myself, at 53 years old, that I still haven't found my purpose in life. Of course, I know that's not true but it sure does feel that way when I'm depleted and more in my 3D head.
