Years ago I saw Oprah live.  (I grew up watching her every day at 4pm, after I got off the school bus ... and then into University ... when I was avoiding studying)

There were so many things that she said, that I will never forget.

In this podcast I talk about one of them.  She said:  "Be careful what you said after the words 'I am ...' because it will come looking for you".

Right.  Now tell me WHYYYYY did I avoid affirmations for so long, when I believed Oprahs words to the CORE of who I am?
