Dupré “Doitall” Kelly Entertainer/Businessman/Philanthropist Dupré “DOITALL” Kelly, (one-third of the Legendary trio Lords Of The Underground) gave us five number one hits including classic records like “Chief Rocka” and “Funky Child.”
Dupré has organized the largest mock funeral ever in Newark bringing together funeral homes and various institutions from all five wards of the city to participate. He never allowed his location or circumstances to dictate his desire to help. He would go on to partner with HipHop 4 Flint to raise enough money to put over 500 water filtration systems in homes throughout the city of Flint, Michigan. Never one to leave out his hometown, Dupré, and his team were able to negotiate 200 extra systems for families in Newark.
In 2018, Dupré became a candidate for Councilman at Large in Newark, NJ’s municipal election, running against incumbents that have been in office for over 20 years. Although he did not get the seat, it was not a loss as he solidified himself as a political presence. When asked why he continues to do all that he does for his community, he simply replies "I #DoitallForNewark".
