It has been a long time since I recorded a podcast and today, I decided that I would. My name is Te' and as of this moment, I do not have a title.

This year, I have gone through so much change that I have been stripped of my titles. I come to you as someone who has learned what it is like to make one change and have that compound with another and another.

I am happier than I have ever been. I have made phenomenal change that I can only attribute to no longer drinking. I am ready to share my journey with you, so why don't we get started!
