Hey ya'll! On this weeks episode we are talking to Lisa owner of "I am Yogi Studios". 
Owner and founder of I Am Yogi Studios. I started my professional career in retail management; training and developing associates for brands. I had a passion for developing individuals and decided to continue my education in Psychology. 

I worked full time as a banker, pursued my BA as a full time student, took pride in still raising my son and all at the cost of losing myself. 

I quit my job, got my degree, embarked on motherhood for a second time, became a certified yoga instructor, opened I am yogi studios for women of color and launched I am Yogi Fit Apparel. I know! Pivotal turn but it wasn’t easy!
