in this episode i introduce Juwaun, my boyfriend into a conversation of was he my type and vice versa and what brought us together and kept us together to this day.

who care what people think of you ? only your opinion matters, how you think of yourself is what's important.

today i am speaking about how to overcome negative aspects that are constantly affecting your mental health within your life!

This is a saying i use often it really means to have a lot on your plate and feeling a little overwhelmed here how to over come that!

I honestly, met the most dumbest and clingy guy ever in my life, never do i ever want that experience again. it was borrderline toxic.
