There are now many books written about how your body keeps track of your trauma, your pain and your well-being. Ancient Chinese medicine has shown us the links. Books like Louise Hay’s "Heal your body" will tell you that each part of your body is linked to an emotion. Doctors will often point to stress but your body can tell you what stress specifics.

We know about the placebo effect and how it works to heal your body.

When we stay focused on the absence of well-being, that maintains a negative mindset about our health in general. What I now like to do is focus on how good it feels when it’s healed and how easy it will be to run and jump and dance again. This enhances the healing process
