I came to the podcast world five years ago and made a commitment to grow my confidence so that I could one day touch a group of people who looked at the world in somewhat of the same way that I did at the time. I was stuck in my head and in my life, in the beliefs that my life was meant to be what it was at the time and that wasn't much of nothing. I was depressed even though I had the love of my life with me in a beautiful Wife. I had three amazing kids who loved me and a great little dog that absolutely loved the ground that I walked on but I loved myself but not to the degree that I felt I should have loved myself and I did not know how to breaK free of the negative conversation that I was having with myself on a daily basis.  I did not believe in affirmations, I did not consider that myself tal controlled the outcome of days until I remembered that as child my uncle Bill Rucker handed my a few cassette tapes of a speaker by the name of Les Brown. I revisited the recondings and I began to make progress through my self talk and Ruck's Place was born. Checkout this episode and began to change your mind and your words will ultimately lead you out of the fog you find yourself in if that is your situation.
