Finally guys! I figured out how to meditate. During the break I took I was coming into more and more information about the universe and life and have just been processing it all since. Still very much am, still processing, but I share part of what I learned and also my experience finally getting meditation down. I also share some tricks, ideas to help you guys meditate because believe me, I know it seems so confusing, like are we doing it right? Are we doing it at all? Was that meditation? I’ve been there, but I can say with full confidence now after learning what I’ve talked about and understanding our consciousness and mind, I know for a fact I’ve learned how to meditate!
