In this episode, we dive deep into the transformative energies of the upcoming Mercury retrograde season, exploring how we can harness them for personal growth and healing. I share my journey through the twin flame connection, revealing the wisdom I gained from this intense experience.
We’ll also address my thoughts on the twin flame journey itself—how attachment issues can lead to the misconception that we’re destined to be with our twin flame when, in reality, their purpose is to act as a catalyst for our growth, not necessarily as a life partner. Together, we’ll unpack the cognitive dissonance and conditioned thinking that shaped my sense of self-worth, and how the reflections from this connection led me to release attachment, heal emotionally, and transcend love by finding inner validation.
This episode is a guide to navigating both the cosmic and personal energies that push us to evolve and embrace our true selves. Tune in for an inspiring journey into self-discipline, personal growth, and the ongoing process of becoming your best self.
In this enlightening episode of The SoulWave Podcast, host Mia delves into profound questions that many of us grapple with: *“Who am I when I’m not trying to survive?”* and *“Who am I outside of what others need me to be?”*. Join Mia as she explores the concept of survival mode, where our primary focus is on immediate needs and safety, driven by the ego's desire for control and protection.
We’ll unpack how the ego creates coping mechanisms and division, acting as a shadow self in spirituality. Mia discusses how the ego can adapt and become more elusive as we start to recognize it, and why it's crucial to maintain awareness to transcend its influence. Despite its challenges, the ego also plays necessary roles in our lives, providing individuality, motivation, and the ability to navigate social interactions.
In this episode, we’ll also explore the spiritual Law of One, emphasizing that all things are interconnected and part of a greater whole. Mia introduces the Ra Material, explaining how this channeled wisdom claims that Ra, an ancient collective consciousness, visited Earth during Egyptian times. Ra is depicted as a god and is said to have contributed to building the pyramids using telekinesis, symbolizing advanced spiritual knowledge and unity.
Discover how understanding the Law of One and embracing moments of raw contact can help us move beyond the ego’s illusions and connect with a higher truth. This episode offers insights into aligning the ego with our higher self, leading to a more balanced and authentic existence.

Tune in for a thought-provoking journey into self-discovery, spirituality, and the ongoing process of understanding and integrating the ego.
**Trigger Warning: This episode builds on themes of trauma and healing discussed in the previous episode. Listener discretion is advised.**
In this powerful continuation of my healing journey through sexual assault, I dive into the complex emotions that I haven't touched on yet. In this episode, I explore the profound feelings of shame and the resentment I harbored towards my parents, especially my father. While I understand he did his best, these emotions were a significant part of my experience, and I felt guilt for feeling them.
I also share my struggle with feeling disconnected from my maternal feminine core, grappling with fears of bringing children into a messed-up world, and the anxiety around raising them and potentially messing them up. Despite these fears, I found healing and reassurance in my male friends, who offered support in ways I hadn't expected.
Additionally, I discuss my battle with high-functioning depression—wearing a smile out in public while, at home, the voices of doubt and despair were winning. In a liberating and powerful moment, I allowed myself to fully embrace the intensity of these emotions without judgment. This self-compassion and acceptance were crucial in creating a safe space for myself, something I had not yet received from men. Join me as I navigate these deep emotional waters and find healing through understanding and self-love.

**Trigger Warning: This episode discusses sexual assault and may be distressing to some listeners. Please take care while listening.**
In this deeply personal and powerful episode, I, Mia, share my experience of sexual assault and the profound journey of healing that followed. This event drove me into the ground, shattering my soul into pieces, and it fell on me to pick them up. For a long time, I suppressed the emotions and ran from them, until I couldn’t anymore.
I talk about the pivotal moment when I allowed myself to start opening up in safe spaces. As my curiosity to understand my pain grew, I began to research, talk to others, and learn that I was not alone. Many women have had similar experiences, dealing with shame, guilt, pain, and self-blame.
Through this journey, I finally came into my power. I reached a liberating moment of healing, allowing myself to feel everything fully, without judgment or labeling. In that raw, purging emotional moment, I comforted myself and embraced the strength within.
Moving forward, I discuss how I’m slowly navigating the fear surrounding the podcast. For so long, especially after this traumatic event, I forced myself back into things without addressing the root of the shame. I struggled with comparison and rushed through the healing process. This time around, I’m taking my time and being there for myself when my mind decides to play its games. I've realized that this is what I need now—I've done the fast-paced approach forever, and it never brought me success.
In This Episode, You’ll Hear About:
- My personal story of sexual assault and its aftermath
- The challenges of navigating trauma and suppressed emotions
- The importance of opening up in safe spaces and seeking understanding
- How connecting with others who share similar experiences can be healing
- My journey to a transformative moment of self-compassion and liberation
- Navigating the fear surrounding the podcast and moving forward at my own pace

Remember, you are not alone, and there is strength in sharing our stories.
Hey everyone, it's Mia, and I'm finally back after over a year-long hiatus! In this episode, I want to open up about where I've been and the fears and insecurities that kept me away from the podcast.
During my time off, I went through a lot of healing and addressed my insecurities using astrology and spirituality. Last year's Venus in retrograde in Leo was a particularly hard transit for me, but it taught me so much about myself, my subconscious, and the limiting beliefs tied to my ego mind.
I'm also excited to share how I'm choosing to do things my way now, instead of following the entrepreneurial playbook that social media often prescribes. This episode is all about reclaiming your power, embracing authenticity, and finding strength in vulnerability.
Join me as I share my journey and the lessons I've learned along the way. It's great to be back, and I can't wait for you to hear this one!
