Hey guys! In this episode I discussed how I rebuild after everything has fallen apart. If there is one thing I've learned about being on this journey is that it's not linear. There will be times when you are really on top of your game and will devote as much as your life that feels right, into nothing but really high highs & then there will be times when you have fallen off the wagon and eat qdoba everyday for 2 weeks straight. Whenever this happens, I've learned it is more than okay...but I can't look for a quick fix to find my footing because nothing in this life worth having comes easily. So back to my roots and foundation I go...back to the few things I do every day that puts me in control of the stuff I have control over and give me more peace for the things I don't. We are all human and we don't need to beat ourselves up every time we go through it. Go through it (we are clearly meant to if that is where we are in our reality) Grow through it and keep it in mind for next time. (The stuff that works for you and the stuff that doesn't help you at all, because we are all different and the stuff I speak on may not resonate with you and that's okay, find what does!
