In episode two, host Watchen Nyanue sits down with Nicole White, Global Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Avison Young.

Nicole White joined Avison Young in 2015 and serves as legal counsel to Avison Young personnel in connection with the hiring, engagement, and compensation of professional and other personnel. She also serves as counsel to Avison Young’s human resources function.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nicole was an attorney for Allstate Insurance Company where she provided advice and counseling to Human Resources on various employment issues including hiring, discipline, discharge, and disability accommodations. Additionally, Nicole managed and directed federal and state employment and general commercial litigation matters handled by outside counsel.

Nicole also served as the subject matter expert on trade secret and non-compete issues, and notably established and implemented a nationwide Restrictive Covenant Enforcement Process to assist the company in enforcing the restrictive covenants in its independent contractor agreements.

Ms. White earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

In episode three, Watchen Nyanue sits down with De'Andrea Anderson, Executive Director of Asset & Wealth Management at JP Morgan Chase.

Dee started her career in Fixed Income Sales.

At J.P. Morgan, D’Andrea serves on several leadership teams and manages development programs within.

In addition to her work, Dee is also involved in external civic and community work including being a Board Member & Treasurer of Just the Beginning Foundation, A member of the Posse Foundation Leadership Council, a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, National Association of Securities Professionals, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

D’Andrea has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and holds series 7 and 63 licenses. She holds a MBA from Purdue University and B.S. in Economics from Hampton University.
