Yooooo, welcome back to another week of AT THE CRIB WITH JIB. We digressed this week and have found ourselves more calmer than ever getting back to the basics of life. I hope you ALL have spent the year so far growing AND bettering yourselves! I have the amazing Jasmine Delgado (wise cousin) with me for a soulful conversation about reflection and mindfulness. Initially we opened up on personal health and if there is a such thing as going “OVERBOARD” when it comes to being healthy? Spoke on whether it’s best to “wait for karma” or to become someone’s “KARMA”.
